Cooking zucchini - grate, put in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Leave the colander over a sink or saucepan for 20 minutes, then squeeze out the moisture.

Heat the oil over medium heat, spread the bacon pieces and fry for a few minutes.

In a container, mix the bacon, zucchini, egg and flour.

Fry the pancakes in the same pan for a few minutes on each side.
