Salmon skewers in dried ham

Less is better! Salmon, fresh basil and cured ham are more than enough for a rich and tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • Salmon kebabs

  • 60 ml Basil

    finely chopped fresh basil

  • 450 g Salmon

  • 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper

  • 100 g jerky ham

    dried ham slices

  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil

  • 8 pcs Wooden skewers

  • Innings

  • 225 ml Mayonnaise

Advice!

Frozen salmon is perfect for this dish. Fillet pieces that are not completely defrosted are much easier to put on a skewer.

Mayonnaise for this recipe should be prepared according to our instructions.

Soak your skewers in water.

Chop fresh basil finely.

Cut the salmon fillet into rectangular pieces and secure on the hats.

Dip each kebab in basil and pepper.

Cut the jerky ham into thin slices and wrap each skewer with it.

Brush with olive oil and pan, grill or oven.

Serve with mayonnaise or salad.
