Less is better! Salmon, fresh basil and cured ham are more than enough for a rich and tasty snack.

Salmon kebabs
60 ml Basil
finely chopped fresh basil
450 g Salmon
0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
100 g jerky ham
dried ham slices
1 tbsp. l olive oil
8 pcs Wooden skewers

Advice!
Frozen salmon is perfect for this dish. Fillet pieces that are not completely defrosted are much easier to put on a skewer.
Mayonnaise for this recipe should be prepared according to our instructions.
Steps
1 Done | Soak your skewers in water. |
2 Done | Chop fresh basil finely. |
3 Done | Cut the salmon fillet into rectangular pieces and secure on the hats. |
4 Done | Dip each kebab in basil and pepper. |
5 Done | Cut the jerky ham into thin slices and wrap each skewer with it. |
6 Done | Brush with olive oil and pan, grill or oven. |
7 Done | Serve with mayonnaise or salad. |
