Preheat oven to 200 gr.

Grate the mozzarella, mix with cream cheese in a bowl, heat in a water bath, stirring constantly until completely softened and a homogeneous mixture is obtained

Add almond flour, baking powder, eggs, garlic and parsley and mix well until a smooth dough is formed

Divide into eight parts. Form each into a "sausage" and roll it out so that the length is enough to make a knot (about 20 cm). Make 8 knots.

Bake for 12-15 minutes
